| Self-help groups |
| |
Our self-help groups (SHG) take place in a supportive, protective
environment. The groups enable women to talk about and share
their experiences with migration, family life, work situations and
living in Gemany. Many topics discussed, including:domestic violence, psychological stress, health, childhood problems, break up and divorce, being afraid of the future,
home sickness, isolation, integration, etc..
Women have the opportunity to gather common solutions for their problems and to support one another in these groups |
